Job Overview
Overview:
We are an established architectural company with a wide portfolio of projects and have opportunities for high achievers and talented individuals who wish to be part of our team for the position of Assistant Architect.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent to Part 1.
- Minimum 2 years experience in architecture design field, including all aspects of work from design to site project management.
- Strong design flair with ability to conceptualize and develop design.
- Ability to communicate with clients.
- Confident and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong knowledge of building material and resources, and Building Byelaws.
- Good construction detailing knowledge.
- Mature and self motivated to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in documentation using AutoCad and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit would be an advantage.
- Proficient with graphic presentation software including Adobe Photoshop and other 3D softwares.
- Good communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
